Rich & Donna Stiehler: Owner/Operators 



Rich & Donna are both graduates of Southwest Texas State University, receiving their degrees in 1994. Donna taught Kindergarten for a few years and Rich headed the landscaping division for his father who was a homebuilder in San Antonio. In 1996, a company was born. After realizing their love for the industry, Rich’s talent in design, and Donna’s ability to manage the legal and accounting division, they put everything into creating ‘Creative Visions Landscaping’. From a push lawnmower, homemade trailer, and no employees, CVL ‘grew’ into a corporation consisting of a fleet of vehicles and equipment, and just under 50 employees. In 2006, they celebrated their 10th anniversary. In 2003, 2006 and 2008, Comal County voted Creative Visions ‘Best Landscaper of the Year’. Although the company has grown, Rich & Donna keep the small business philosophy in which each and every client are as important as the first client served, back in 1996.  Rich is a certified landscape professional #617 from TNLA and licensed irrigator with license #LI0017086.
